Our excavator tracks are manufactured using ICCT (INTEGRAL CONTINUOUS CORD TECHNOLOGY). In addition, the continuous steel cables are coated to preserve their integrity in case of cuts or damage to the casing of the track. 

The rubber portion of the tracks is made from a synthetic/natural rubber blend.  This provides both strength and flexibility while providing resistance against cuts, chunking and sunlight degradation.

The metal portion of the tracks is made from a solid forged alloy which is resistant to breakage and pulling loose from the rubber.
